Stop what you're doing. Close the tabs. Put the phone down.
Take 3 deep breaths: 4 seconds in, 7 seconds hold, 8 seconds out.
Say out loud: “I don't need to figure it all out. I just need the next step.”

Get Clarity

Brain dump: write down everything spinning in your head (30 seconds, don't filter).
Circle the ONE thing that would move the needle most right now.
Cross out everything else. It can wait. Give yourself permission to ignore it.

Act

~1 min
Define one concrete action you can finish in the next 10 minutes.
Set a timer for 10 minutes.
Start. Don't think. Don't plan. Just do the thing.
